Jewellery Studio is operated by [name to be added] ("we"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms.
The service
You upload photos of jewellery you own or are authorised to sell. The service creates edited product images (studio, styled and on-model) using artificial intelligence. One credit is used for each piece submitted and covers up to three images.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload photos you have the right to use.
- Check every generated image against the real piece before publishing it. AI images can contain mistakes; you are responsible for how your product is represented to your customers and on marketplaces. On-model images are illustrations.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Credits and payment
Credits are sold in packs through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable and do not expire for 12 months from purchase.
Generated images
You may use the images generated from your photos for your own business, including on websites, marketplaces and social media.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [city to be added] having jurisdiction.
