Refunds & cancellation

Failed photos

If processing a piece fails, its credit is returned to your account automatically.

Unused credits

You can request a refund for a pack within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Write to [email to be added] with your mobile number and payment ID.

Quality issues

If a generated image is unusable (for example the design changed), contact us with the image and we will return the credit.

Processing time

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation

Packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription to cancel. You can close your account at any time by writing to us.

Delivery

Credits are digital and are added to your account immediately after payment; nothing is shipped.
