Privacy policy

This policy explains what [name to be added] collects when you use Jewellery Studio and how it is used, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: mobile number, name or shop name, and a securely hashed PIN.
• Photos you upload and the images generated from them.
• Payment records (order and payment IDs, amount). Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

How we use it

Only to provide the service, process payments, prevent misuse and respond to you. We do not sell your data.

Processors

Hosting: Vercel. Image processing: RunPod (GPU servers). Database: Upstash. Payments: Razorpay. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated images are processed in memory and not kept after the result is delivered. Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as required by tax law.
